Business owners who wish to dispose their businesses through our platform will first of all, register their businesses with us for LISTING on our website. The following information are required for registration:

Name/Contact details of the owner(s) of the Business.

Name of the Business/ URL (Domain Name).

A General Description of the Business Offerings.

A copy of Certificate of Registration with CAC.

Current Office address if any.
- List/Address of existing Clients and Customers.

Asking or Offer Price.
LISTING FEE: N3,500 (FLAT RATE).
SERVICE CHARGE: 7.5% OF SALES PRICE. |
The moment a Business get listed on "Exchange Floor" of our website, it becomes visible and available for all prospective buyers for negotiation. We therefore advice interested sellers to properly package their businesses before presenting them for disposal. This will help in determining value or worth of the business during negotiations. |
Prospective buyers who wants to acquire a business through Milestone Webworks' E-Business Exchange Center can enter the "Exchange Floor" to view all businesses offered for sale by their respective owners.

When you find a business you would like to to acquire, make contact with us via e-mail or phone.

We will give you the Contact Information of the seller, then the two parties (the buyer and the seller) can begin negotiation.

We advise all intending buyers to always carry us along in the transaction negotiation process so as to prevent themselves from any fraudulent intention.

After negotiation is successfully finalized, and payment is to be made, the buyer will make the payment to "Milestone Webworks" prefferably in cheque.

After payment cheque is received and cleared by Milestone Webworks, necessary Business Transfer processes will then be done to finalize the exchange of the ownership of the buisness.

Finally, payment will be made by Milestone Webworks to the seller on behalf of the buyer, and that ends the transaction. |
